Printer has reopened!

Hi everyone. Our printer is operating. I needed to resend some forms, but they have the files and we are working on some of the technical details on how to apply various value-added premium features to the printing process (mostly related to the cover).
Barring any new disruption, we should have the books this summer.|

The order in Lithuania was extended to May 11, but it seems like our printer might be able to resume operations on Monday the 27th. I've sent them an email asking for information.

Hi everyone. Thank you so much for helping us bring this project to life.
As everyone is aware, the global pandemic has disrupted global trade and daily life. With the focus (rightfully) on life and safety, many nations have declared quarantine or stay at home orders.
After consideration of production quality, and additional premium printing features, we selected a printer in Lithuania and uploaded our files. While we were awaiting our proofs, Lithuania declared a quarantine and our printer ceased operations for the duration. This date was initially March 30th, but has since been extended twice and presently sits at April 27th. Since Lithuania is still experiencing a double digit increase in cases per day, I am not certain this will be lifted in 1 weeks time.
We are eagerly looking forward to the day we can hold the book in our hands. It is our goal to make this a superb work at all levels, including printing production values, and I think folks will be pleased with how it turns out. Some of the nicest products in the game industry were produced by this firm.

It's our great pleasure to announce the release of the PDF for Tales and Tomes from the Forbidden Library! Please check your inboxes and make sure you've received your copies from BackerKit!
We are currently setting up with the printer and ironing out the deluxe enhancements to the book (cover, bookmark, etc...). We expect to send the final print files the first week of February. From then it will probably be 5 or 6 weeks until we see the physical books, and get them on their way to you. In the meantime, we have some stretch goal material to work on, so you should be seeing more Forbidden Library-related items throughout the coming months.
Thank you so much for your patience, and we hope you enjoy this book as much as we did creating it!

We have the edited manuscript in! We're just putting in the finishing touches. Expect a pdf by this weekend, and we'll be sending the print file out shortly thereafter!
